M.T. Lott was formed in its current state as a combination and collaboration of entities with decades of combined experience in development, excavation, foundation work, septic systems, and more.
K.M. Gladding Excavating was founded in 1996, and has remained a staple of the Jamestown, Rhode Island community.
M.T. Lott was founded in 2009 as a private entity focused on broader contracting and home construction.
Beginning in 2013, the organizations combined to offer a full suite of services to our long-standing customers.
With new, local ownership in 2024, M.T. Lott Excavation is thrilled for the future, with the same long-term staff who has serviced South County for generations, and to continue expanding and growing our services across South County.
